Abstract
The study is on the tripod robot, and the sorting system of industrial robot is designed. The key problem to be solved is the recognition, localization and path planning. For the identification and positioning of the workpiece, the main application is image processing technology and the many kinds of processing methods such as threshold segmentation, edge detection, contour detection, etc. are used, based on VS2013 embedded development platform OpenCV function library. For path planning, the use of a dynamic programming algorithm is made. Finally, the officially provided B & R Robotic Visualization and VNC viewer software co-simulation for simulation algorithm, which has achieved very good results.
