Abstract
This article combines the results of previous papers dealing with the efficiency of Namibian pension funds based on the application of three research methodologies covering Data envelopment Analysis (DEA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equations Modeling (SEM). A cross-model approach using correlation and One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used test the significance of associations emerging from the SEM/CFA results and financial efficiency represented by DEA. The findings confirmed the four factors describing organizational efficiency under SEM and revealed goodness of fit of the measurement model. However, the correlation weights and ANOVA results showed that no significant association could be established between financial and organizational efficiency. The study outcome confirms supremacy of DEA and SEM and contributes to management theory and practice.
