Decision-making in UAE government and their major relevant services are taken on the ground to maximize profit and generate money as possible from residents’ pocket, where residents are the main sources of government budget. UAE government is not accountable to the whole population except for their citizens. Researching on current accountability expresses the need for a new model of government governance and therefore accountability; this result withdrawn from analyzing current situation using theoretical secondary data supported by many short case studies. The new model should take into consideration the interests - quality of lives of population and shift from private – business like to resident accountability orientation.
